Okay, so we're moving to a rental tomorrow, and I've heard that it'll probably take two days. So that's big. And scary. And. IN. SANE. Like, really, it's totally insane. Mainly because we are still packing things at 10:43 PM, and we had to leave for stuff in the area we're moving to at one thirty, and then go to church, so we had like no time to pack today. So please pray for us! Pray that we have a quick, safe, and stress-free move, and that everyone's head won't explode. Oh, and ask God to give us strength to keep on going, even when it looks like we'll never get it all done.
On a completely different subject, when we buy a house, I'm totally painting a mural in my room. It'll be of Legends of Zelda stuff, so you KNOW it'll be sweet. Ok, done now. Don't forget to pray for us!

Paintin'
So today we painted the family room and my 'room' in our Aunt's house. That was... fun? I don't know... It took all day, and I think the fumes gave me this nasty head ache I have... But anyways, we got it done, so now everything looks nice and spiffy. So that's good. Oh, also, I have a terribly runny/stuffy/needtosneezebutcan't nose... which is very annoying. I had some tea, but that didn't help. Oh, well, I'm sure it'll go away eventually.
Well, I guess that's all... Short post, but meh. Ok, bye!

Campin' and Fishin' trip
Yeah, so on Friday and Saturday, our youth group had a fishin' trip. ... Except there was only four people from the youth group that came, and technically, one isn't part of the group, 'cuz she just graduated. But any ways, it was a blast.
So on Friday, we got ready to go and left at 3:00 to get to the church by four. Then we left. We drove for like... I don't know, one and a half to two hours or somethin'. Then we set up tents. One of the tents was really big, and took a bit to set up, so while they were doing that, I was "communicating with aliens" with one of the poles they weren't using yet. I s'pose I could have helped... But it seemed like they had plenty of people working on it all ready. So that was funny. Then we started a fire... But that took a while, due to... I don't know, I guess the logs refused to light, the meanies. Then we cooked some hot dogs. I got mine nice and black all the way around. That was yummy. The we went to a bait shop to get fishing licences and stuff. I didn't need one though, because I wasn't sixteen. We were going to fish after that, but it was too dark... So we just went back, roasted marshmallows and made s'mores. I caught all mine on fire. It was great. They were all like *PHOOOM!* Those were yummy. And crispy. And squishy. Then we talked and told silly stories. They were all silly because nobody had any really scary ones. Then again, our youth pastor told a story about his cat being killed by dingos when he was a kid... (Yes, actual dingos, and no, he did not grow up in Australia) Then the next mornin' I woke up at six. That was fun. Then we ate breakfast and stuff, then went fishin'. that was fun. I almost caught a couple of fish, but they managed to nibble off the worms before I could even get them hooked. But it was still fun. Then we ate sandwiches. Then it was really hot. We played some games, and but it was kinda hot. So we went inside the big tent and played Phase 10. That was a mistake. It was super hot in there. I won the first round, but then it was so hot we stoped. So then we put away the tents and left. It was a blast!
Okay, so that was fun. But I have to go. BYE!

Stephen & the Sanhedrin
Okay, so this morning in my devotions, I was reading Acts 7, and it just really impacted me. Here's how.
So Acts 7 is all about Stephen and his trial before the Sanhedrin, because some jerks didn't like him and had some other jerks witness falsely about him and said he was blaspheming. So he (Stephen) in his defense, started preaching and giving the Sanhedrin a history lesson. So he started out at Abraham, and started telling Jewish history, and then at the end of his speech, he said "You stiff necked people, with uncircumcised hearts and ears! You are just like your fathers: You always resist the Holy Spirit! (verse 51, NIV) So they were really ticked off about that, and were about to grab him'n stone him, when he looked up, and say Jesus standing on the right hand of God. So he's like, "I see Jesus standing on the right hand of God!" And then the Sanhedrin just go berserk when he says this, and grab him, take him out of the city and stone him. But the funny part is how they do that.
Acts7:56-57: "Look," he said, "I see heaven open and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God." At this they covered their ears and, yelling at the top of their voices, they all rushed at him.
So I find the part that says "They covered their ears and, yelling at the top of their voices" hilarious. I mean, it's like they ran at him covering their ears yelling, "NANANANANANA! I CAN'T HEAR YOU!" Which is totally ridiculous, especially since they were full grown men, and very important in the Jewish culture. But what really impacted me was the fact that still, after Stephen's excelent message, they absolutely, point blank, refused to accept that they were wrong and needed to change. That just reminded me that I can't be proud and refuse to change, it would just be disasterous to my walk with God. So that was a really neat story & encouragement for me today.
So I guess that's it. bye for now!

Week Summary Blog Post of DOOOOOOOOOOM
Note: does not actually contain any doom.
All righty! time for the superquick summary, then I shall expound after that.
*takes a huge breath*
So on Saturday I packed to leave, on Sunday after church I left, when we got there we went to our old church and M was picked up by her friends, then we (me & P) went to B's house and played some MKW and SSBB, then we went to bed, woke up at like six, got ready to go and went to church, where we left for camp, which was awesome, then on Wednesday I heard that J broke his hip falling off a horse at a camp near here (*GASP!*) then we went home on Saturday, which is now.
*gasps for breath*
O-okay... wow... that was crazy. okay, now for expoundin' time.
So camp was awesome!!!!!! I had a blast, and I learned a ton too. The whole thing was super encouraging, and just helped to show me that I need to be working harder to be closer to God, and to just work on being 100% pure. Also, they had a new game there that I played practically non-stop all week, called Ga-Ga ball. It was a dodge ball kind of thing, where you played in an octagon about 10 ft. across. To play, you hit a volley ball at the other players, while trying to keep the ball from hitting you on the knees or lower, because that gets you out. You also get out if you spike the ball out of the arena and it doesn't touch anyone else or the wall on its way out. You also get out if you use the wall to jump out of the way of the ball. It pretty much was the coolest game ever. So that was fun. And from what I gather, M had a great time at her friends house. But then on like Wednesday or something, Dad called and said that J had fallen off a horse and broken his hip. So that was a bummer. I should probably explain. See, while Me'n P went to IRBC, J and N went to Camp Manitoumi. And they have horses there, apparently, so when J was a horse, he fell off and broke his hip, which is definitely not hip. (*rim shot*) So then he had to get screws in his hip to fix it up. So that's a bummer, as I said before. Then on Saturday we drove home with lots of presents for the family and J. (like a ton of fresh sweet corn, YUMMY! [fresh as in picked 1 hour and 30 minutes before we got it]) So all ends happy, I guess. Okay, done ramblin' and rantin'. BYE!
