Dissectin' part 2
Today I dissected a fish and a frog. The fish was really annoying, because it did not want to be cut open. but after we mauled it open (not really... it was a... um... gentle mauling...) it was kinda boring. the only thing I could make out was the air bladder, and everything else just looked like tan blobs. So that was kinda annoying. But the frog was cool. It was much easier to open, and once inside, it was easier to identify organs. I ripped the heart out, that was pretty fun. Then I flipped 'im over and scratched through the scull. The skull was really thick, and in the end we could only see a little bit of the brain, but oh well. So that was part two of my dissectin' escapades. Tomorrow I'll finish up with my dissecting, and then, I guess my school will be done. so that's cool. well, I guess I'm done now, so bye!

Dissectin'
So today I actually got around to starting my dissections. Today I did an earthworm, and a crayfish. The earthworm was kinda annoying, cuz it was kinda small... but the crayfish was fun. My favorite part of the dissectin' was removing the pericardial sinus from the crayfish. I didn't really need to, but I did. it was purty cool... If you were wondering what that is, it is the cavity that contains the heart, as the crayfish has an open circulatory system, meaning it is always internally bleeding, to put it simply. so that was what I did. tomorrow I think I'll do a fish... and something that's optional... maybe the starfish, 'cuz that sounds cool. Well, bye for now then!

Today
Today we went to the Museum of Science and Industries. There we saw an interesting omnimax movie about dinosaurs, although not entirely accurate, in my opinion. Dan was excited about it at first, but then decided it would be scary, so was freaking out, but then found out he liked it, and said at the end, "The dionisaurs (that's how he says it, it's pronounced die-on-a-saur) were scary, and had mouths!" I have no idea why the fact they had mouths was so fascinating, but it was. He also said, "Then the dionisaur opened his mouth, and went RAAAAUUUR!"
We also went to the U-505 exhibit, which apparently has been there since forever. That was pretty cool, and we got to go inside it, and had a guided tour. The tour guide was pretty good, and kinda funny too, and I learned that it would be very cramped in there. Basically, it was like, you had 6ft of walking space, because of beds, equipment, and that kind of stuff. And there was like, 53 people on board, so you can see that it would be really, really cramped. Also, it's the only U-boat of that type that is still intact, and the only one in the Americas. so if you ever go to the Museum of Science and Industries, you should go see it, as it's purty sw33t.

SCHOOL IS OUT! W00T!
YAY! I'm done with school! huzzah! all school is done ...........................okay..... so I guess I still need to dissect things... but still.....that's um....fine.
YAY! ALMOST ALL OF MY SCHOOL IS DONE!!!! W00T!!! okay. enough of that.
So yeah, we got the Nintendo Chanel for our Wii awhile ago, but until like, yesterday's yesterday, it wouldn't work. but now it does. so that's cool, especially since they have some DS demos, kinda like at a DS Download station, and my brother Andy left his DS here while in Japan, and my mom said I should be the 'Keeper Of The DS' so that's fun. So far I've played the Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword demo, and the Cooking Mama 2 one, and their both sw33t. And if I had a DS I might get one, cuz.... THEY'RE SW33T! other than that.... nothing much.... except in Egoboo we unlocked or something (I have no idea, go ask your pop*) the zombie (is it spelled with just an 'i' at the end too, Paul?) and they're sw33t, so that's cool, and I've been playin' that. so that's it for now, so bye!
*if you couldn't tell, that was an obvious reference to Dr. Seuss, who rox, by the way, and actually, ask Paul, not your pop....

AWANA fun fair, crazy pants, Andy to Japan
Yeah, so yesterday was the AWANA fun fair at our church. I was doing the cake walk with a friend, and it was pretty fun. We weren't allowed to call it the cake walk though, since that was to boring, so we called it the Pastry Parade instead. That was pretty fun to do, and I think all the AWANA kids had lots of fun.
In other news, I got a new pair of pants (they actually fit, instead of being at least an inch to short) and they have like, 18 pockets. And most of them are only big enough for like, 2 quarters. it's totally random, and it actually has pockets inside of other pockets. it's got to be one of the weirdest pair of pants ever, but hey, I like weird, so I'm happy!
Also yesterday, my oldest brother, Andy, left for Japan. He is going for 2 months to work with a missionary there, and will be doing a lot of stuff to help him, and to just learn more about God, and to strengthen his faith.
Other than that, nothing much has been going on, except we're still looking for a house. so, I guess bye for now!

Weird PSA
Yeah, so Dan (my little bro.) had his birthday yesterday, and he got some awesome 25th anniversary GI Joes, and they came with a comic book too. And on the back of the comic book was a "public service announcement" where it was like one of those old comics (you know, with the weird colors and art style and stuffs) and in the first pannel it showed a kid by a flaming frying pan and he's like "oh no! what am I going to do now!" then in the next one Heavy Duty comes crashing through the window, and the kid is like "oh, it's Heavy Duty(tm) from the GI Joes!" then in the next panel Heavy Duty is like "buy all our playsets and toys!" (okay, so that's the shortened version) then at the last panel, their all happy. it's SO RANDOM! and not a PSA at all. so you should go watch this PSA instead. Then watch all the other ones too. There JKR, are you happy? lol. well, thats it. so bye!!!!
